[Swansea Hackspace] Laser Cutter - initial testing

It works! It is not, however, safe to be used yet.

Two quick pulses with the test button and some post it notes have 
confirmed that the laser is operational, and earlier testing with the 
Windows software confirmed that the head moves in appropriate directions.

Before the cutter can be used we will need to light proof a few sections 
of the enclosure and fit some proper interlocking to the panels and 
cooling arrangements.

Until then, see the attached photo of slightly scorched/perforated 
post-it notes. For reference, these were produced with the shortest 
pulses possible given the current trigger arrangement at ~1/4 power.
