[Swansea Hackspace] Welsh translation of BBC Micro Bit docs

Gerrit I speak Welsh but am not a linguist so sadly can not offer my help
as I would do more damage than good.

There is funding for translation- especially educational based sh1t. BBC
should know how to access that - heck they even have existing departments
for that sort of work...
