I was doing some drilling stuff the other day, experiments for making a
new combo clamp down and waste board.
Trick to getting JSCut to do it was to make the hole you want drilled a
tiny bit bigger, eg 0.1mm more, and set the 'minimum segment length' to
0.01mm
you can then highlight and pocket mill the drill holes and it generates
a suitable drill pattern.
I did read that they are adding proper drill operations to next version.
Cut outs are easy enough, just select the objects and outside mill them.
FlatCAM is good at drilling, but expects excellon drill files etc
