[Swansea Hackspace] Flash programming

Hi Alan,

Haven't got my programmer anymore, but a FT2232D or FT2232H in host
emulation + demultiplex latch (74HC573) should work. You may got 1 of these
FTDI modules as JTAG probe flying around.
Use the D2XX mode to read/write the FLASH.
