[Swansea Hackspace] 3/8" Knob, anyone?

Does anyone know where I could pick up a control knob to fit a 3/8" shaft?

I've got an old variac that's missing its knob, and I'm having difficulty
finding a source for something that will fit. :(

I thought of using a shaft coupler to step down to a 1/4" shaft, but I'd
really prefer one that just fitted.

Thanks,
