Works fine, except the panel doesn't come on until about 10 minutes after
powering up. Could be the backlight (probably CCFL) or maybe power supply.
Not tested it myself. Its a fairly old Toshiba, nothing special.
If anyone wants to have a crack at fixing it, I can bring it Monday evening.

Unrelated, does someone have an UV light source they can bring along? I
want to see if the chalk markers fluoresce. If so, we can get some
permanent UV led strips maybe. Thanks!
