[Swansea Hackspace] Unsafe use of Equipment

It has come to our attention tonight that someone that clearly did not
know what they were doing has been adjusting dangerous machinery in the
hackspace.

We cannot at this time say exactly who it was, but they misused the
bandsaw, a dangerous machine at the best of times, they adjusted it in
a manner which is total unsuited to that style of machine, causing
significant damage and leaving the machine in a dangerous state.

Further more no warnings had been left, and no attempt had been made to
inform the directors that a problem existed. Thankfully the owner of
the machine discovered this state before somebody was hurt.

This is a reminder, in general do not use or adjust any machine unless
you are entirely confident in how to safely and correctly do so. 

For machines on the Inducted Users Only list (ie pretty much everything
in the machine room) do not use, or attempt to adjust them until you
have been on the course, or you are supervised by someone else that
already has been.

If in ANY doubt, please ask.

The bandsaw will now be out of operation completely whilst the parts
are welded and repairs made.
