A short awareness session in basic first aid, including basic life
support skills (Resuscitation, choking and dealing with unconscious
casualties) as well as how to deal with bleeding and burns of various sizes.

The course will be a hands on and interactive session, run by trainers
from St John Cymru-Wales. Admittedly one of these trainers is me :)

The session will be free, but tickets are required in order to ensure we
have sufficient trainers present.
