Yes, also the likes of instructables, suggestions of which platforms
are popular, preferably with an api, appreciated.

Yes, how to pull content from instagram isnt the issue,
it is -permission- to pull content.

once upon a time these kinds of APIs were open and easy to use, but
then something changed and they started locking them and requiring
authentication and permissions, and instagram is a particularly
stubborn one.

in short, i can easily pull the instagram content of a single user,
just their basic information and items they posted themselves. anything
else requires special permission and approvals, which they will not
grant any more as they are now phasing it out, and within the next year
or so nobody will be able to access that content.

That seems reasonable, it should be quite easy to add a wiki tag that
pulls in the relevant post, and then someone manually creates/updates a
page with interesting posts they found.

i also like sophia's suggestion of putting up some signs to push it

should also put a note somewhere appropriate on the website
