[Swansea Hackspace] Flip dot display group project...

Everyone is welcome to come along tomorrow (from 7 I guess?) to help with
the reverse engineering effort on the flip dots. Or to work on and get help
with your own projects. :)
Some progress was made on Monday, we have a rudimentary pinout of the
signals being sent to the panels. It does include two lines running at
nearly 20v, but no negative lines thankfully.
Justin has donated a USB to RS-485 board so hopefully we will have it
displaying ascii by the end of the evening. :)
