[Swansea Hackspace] Induction: 3D Printers

Alex,

In a months time we should be fully established with both the new MK3 and
the new old printers from Kieran.

The plan is to get Octoprint <https://octoprint.org/download/> running on
each printer, so everything is easy to use.
