You can make simple single layer boards using the cnc mill and an
engraving bit.

I don't know if swift circuits in llanelli are still going, but they
were never cheap, but would do very fast.

quick-ish, cheap-ish, and small quantity you can use ragworm.eu they
can make small quantities and ship them to you in a few days

for really cheap but slow use the likes of jlcpcb.com or use
pcbshopper.com to search fab places for you.
