Tonight is the first of a new monthly Induction Course.<br>
<br>
These courses are for members that wish to become certified to use our<br>
equipment alone without supervision.<br>
<br>
Each month we will cover a different piece of equipment, starting<br>
tonight with the Laser Cutter and its associated software.<br>
<br>
As part of the session you will be expected to demonstrate you have<br>
understood the correct usage of the system, so you may like to bring a<br>
laptop or some pre-prepared artwork, and you will also be expected to<br>
cover your own costs for chosen materials and machine time.<br>
<br>
As has been said elsewhere, you do not need to do this course if you<br>
only ever intend to use the machines during open evenings and other<br>
times when you are supervised by others.<br>
