How about forming a core Agenda , a few ideas:-

1) Date and time of next meeting.
2) Needs for Hackerspace to service. Tools etc
3) Funding
4) Who does what...
5) Ram time at meetings. Anybody can say anything. (Random Access time)
(sharing technical ideas and needs for a start, limited to 2 minutes a
person)
etc etc....

Lots more ideas please ! what should 6) be ????

Maybe the list needs editing...

select a Chairman just for the meeting so we can keep to the agreed Agenda
cos we only have from 8pm to 9.30pm ?

As there are two Tims,

It might be useful to be known as Tim_1 *LOL*
