The list below  was sent some time ago and nothing has happened since.
I agree with the list below. There is a possible item of "where roughly 
should we be aiming to have the hackspace."
I also  agree with the idea of a meeting with a list of things to be 
done. And the word for "Things to be done" in Latin is Agenda :-)

It is fine to have social occasions but as we can see things are not 
progressing through an email list and as I have said it is not the 
natural way to organise things for humans.
We evolved to have direct communication.
We need to organise a meeting. It needs to be in range of central 
Swansea within reasonable walking distance and It either needs to be a 
pub WITH A BACK ROOM.
( we can't do this with out a dedicated room) or a proper meeting room. 
I know meeting rooms cost, but we could all chip in and it would 
probably be less than we paid for drinks in a pub
