[Swansea Hackspace] Access to hackspace

I understand that there is access during office hours,but how simple is that access? Do those of us who are not
keyholders just turn up?

Do we have a system set up for the use of the 3d printer yet? I.e. Logging of use and charges for the raw materials.
There is no wild rush. I have a few ideas for things which I think the printer would be enormous help with and Id like eventually to be able to use it to do those things, but once I am ready Id like to know how to procede.
