[Swansea Hackspace] AGM2015: Close of Nominations

This years Nominations for Directors is now closed, the following people
will be standing for election as a Director for the coming year.

* Gerrit Niezen
* Justin Mitchell
* Keith Webb
* Thomas Lake
* Timothy Clark

The election will take place during the AGM on Thursday 26th February,
could all members please make an effort to attend, and if you cannot
attend please send us a signed proxy notice, stating your name and
address, the name of a person whom you wish to act on your behalf, plus
any special instructions for how you would like them to vote.

We require at least 3 directors, and each will be elected by a simple
majority vote.

If there are any points you would like to raise during the meeting
please let us know as soon as possible, the final agenda will be
published this thursday (19th)
