[Swansea Hackspace] Sewing machine

all of these are excellent ideas!

It would be good to have space around the machines to allow us to work on
them with ease and also so things are not on top of each other. I have felt
that the CNC has been inaccessible for a few months now since the soldering
station and the laser cutter ended up pretty much on top of it. I have been
painfully aware that the repair needs to be finished on the stepper motor
but there has been no way with my bad back I could stretch over it for the
time it would take to solder / crimp etc. especially with people working so
near by on the other kit.

A book shelf by the seating area would be sweet too
