[Swansea Hackspace] Collet for mill ER11

The one in the space is a 1/4 in. What brand is the one you bought? Is it a standard er11 type? Otherwise I would stick to collets made specifically for that machine, if it's a 1/4 in it's likely you can get a 6mm as well and possibly 3/4in and 8mm if it's a common make.
