[Swansea Hackspace] Collet for mill ER11

Hi I have just got a router (the wood cutting type not ethanet)

And it looks like I can fit different types of collet in it.

Does anyone know what type / size of collet is in ours.
Or is it a fixed 1/4" ???

Don't want to buy if they are not able to be used.

But it doesn't look like this
