[Swansea Hackspace] [Announce] *NEW* Induction Night

Announcing a new regular monthly session.

What: Induction Night
When: 1st Wednesday of the Month
Time: 7pm - 9pm
Who: Members Only, Fees where applicable

This will (hopefully) be a monthly session where members can be
inducted in the correct ways to operate various tools and equipment
which are considered fragile and/or dangerous, and which otherwise
require supervision to be used.

The list of equipment, and who has previously completed the induction
courses can be found on the website:

Each course is hands on, the attendees will be instructed on the
correct procedures for the equipment, and be expected to demonstrate
their use. A fee is charged to cover the costs of materials and usage
of the machines during the session.

NB: We are not qualified to teach you how to use a particular tool,
this course is to convey our procedures for operating it such that you
do not damage the equipment or the space, and can demonstrate such.
