I'd be happy to help out if needed and time-permitting.  I'm not a skilled 
tradesperson but I've done a fair bit of DIY home improvement, painting, 
floors, furniture, some electrics and plumbing though if it's a commercial 
site then you'll need a qualified electrician to certify work.
