from the stories i have heard in work (a few of them used to work in the
gaming industry) the proper cabinets are mdf or chipboard, painted and
vinyls applied.

i have a hand held router and jigsaw if we want to do it old style.

i remember graham was talking about getting a -big- cnc router, but i'm
not sure if he did, and he hasn't been around much lately.


It could be a good group project for a few people to work on if we all
chip in on the costs.
